The E-450 Super Duty features the powerful 6.8L Triton® 2V V10 engine, two wheelbases (158″ and 176″), higher GVWRs (14,000 and 14,500 lbs.) and the 6-speed TorqShift automatic transmission. This setup also includes a tow/haul mode for optimal performance when under increased load.
The F-59 is the highest-capacity Ford commercial stripped chassis. It has four wheelbase options (158″, 178″, 190″, 208″), 50-degree wheel cut for maneuverability, a standard 6.8L EFI Triton V10 engine, highest GVWRs offered in stripped chassis (up to 22,000 lbs.), and the 6-speed TorqShift automatic transition with tow/haul mode.
The stripped chassis options also come with a 4-wheel disc anti-lock braking system for smooth and confident stopping action. And, a CNG/LPG gaseous engine prep package for power conversion to compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquid propane gas (LPG) is available with all engines.
